Maryn Miller

Maryn Miller is a business-minded General Counsel with over twenty-five years of experience as a lawyer and business executive with a career emphasis on fashion and retail law. Maryn has over twenty years of in-house counsel experience, including over fifteen years as General Counsel of BCBG Max Azria. She is Acting General Counsel for numerous fashion and consumer products companies, including Lucky Brand Dungarees, LLC, Hammitt, Inc., and Beach Bunny Swimwear. Maryn’s practice focuses on providing general counsel services, including drafting and negotiating a wide array of business contracts, managing complex commercial, financial, and real estate transactions, and counseling clients on business and legal strategy. Maryn is experienced in many fields, including intellectual property, product licensing, international distribution, dispute resolution, employment law, and real estate.
Maryn is a graduate of UC Berkeley, Boalt Hall, and UCLA, and formerly served as an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the National Association of Women Lawyers and a member of the Steering Committee of the Fashion Industry Affinity Group of NAWL.
Elizabeth McArthur

Elizabeth McArthur’s practice focuses on intellectual property, advising clients throughout the world on trademark and copyright selection, creation, protection, registration, commercial exploitation and enforcement. Elizabeth counsels clients on effective commercial exploitation of their intellectual property rights as well as e-business matters. She has experience working with the U.S. Bureau of Customs and Border Protection in stopping and seizing counterfeit products and grey market goods, with inter partes proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and with compliance issues for U.S. Federal Trade Commission. She has drafted and negotiated license, distribution, joint venture, marketing, and co-branding agreements for clients in a wide range of industries, including apparel, cosmetics, entertainment, and computer hardware and software. Elizabeth also advises clients on the aspects of internet commerce, including domain name registration and dispute resolution, online advertising, copyright protection, rights of publicity, privacy, defamation, marketing and promotional matters in which she has particular expertise in contests and sweepstakes. Elizabeth previously served in the legal department at Sun Microsystems and was associated with the law firms of Squire Sanders and Dempsey and Graham & James.
Christina Moncrief

Christina Moncrief is an attorney who received her J.D. with a concentration in corporate law from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she was a Research Editor on the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review and the Internal Events Chair of the Loyola Business Law Society. Christina is In-House Counsel for Lucky Brand Dungarees, LLC where she provides day-to-day legal counsel on a wide range of subjects, particularly in contract, employment, privacy, intellectual property, general corporate, and advertising and marketing matters. She has experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing business contracts, including licensing and commercial agreements. Christina has previously worked as an intellectual property law clerk for Nestlé USA, where she primarily focused on brand protection and enforcement strategy for their key brands, drafting and negotiating IP licensing agreements, and drafting cease and desist letters. Christina earned her B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Washington.
